The Uprarian who first aligns to the correct angle each day can get a free visit ticket to labs in UDB.

Individuals who cannot afford the basic cost of balloons (29000 U.P. Current per person) can receive annual "Balloon Aids" from the Administration Office.

After finishing the Fundamental Education, 17-year-olds must take a Loyalty Year to grasp basic knowledge essential for their lives in Upra. After Loyalty Year, teens can choose to join the Further Education or enter the society.

After finishing Further Education, adults can choose to join the Research Program of UDB (which involves researching all aspects of Upra) or enter society. All participants in the Research Program receive a National Sponsor.

Spouses who bear a child can receive an extra balloon waiver. The more children, the more waivers. Spouses who have 11 children receive free balloons for all family members for their whole lives.

All the balloons used in Upra's territory should be from U.P. domestic firms. No foreign balloons are permitted.

All kids (from 5 to 17 years old) must receive free National Fundamental Education (NFE Program). This is to ensure all Uprarians have knowledge of Balloon Blowing, Hand Raising Philosophy and Republic History.

Adults (18+) can take a National Loyalty Test (NLT) to see you have the qualifications of joing the Further Education Program at University of Divine Balloon (UDB). Adults can study Mathematics, Aero-Mechanics, Politics, Loyalty before considering whether to take Research Program at UDB in the future.

Uprarians are not permitted to study abroad on an private purpose. Prospectives can reach out to the Administration Office to seek opportunities of join the government-based overseas studies.

Immigrants receive 1,000,000 balloons per person for free every year.
